I built ultimate hFE tester. I gathered many good ideas from internet and made up the best version I could imagine. It enables measurement of hFE under constant emitter current. This achieves also Vgs and IDSS of FET measurement.

A visit to the Royal Air Force Museum (RAF Museum) in the UK. It houses an extraordinary number of aircraft. From Spitfires and Phantoms to four-engine bombers, they are all lined up in a row, making for a spectacular sight. Admission is free, and there are also many educational displays for children, such as aircraft technology, search and reconnaissance, and information warfare, which are also impressive.
