Enable Tag cloud with NextGen Gallery under sub-language environment with Bogo

NextGen Gallery does not support sub-language directory structures when creating multilingual sites in Bogo, and tag search output is displayed at /ngg_tag/#tag only, and not at /en/ngg_tag/#tag. I solved this problem using Justified Image Grid.
